Wow! Very cool! Let's start with the things I like. The eyes are very well textured and look almost translucent. The other part I like is the fact that the sides of the head near the 'ears' is in shade. It looks really cool. The shading on the scales closest (with double light sources) is impecable, as is the ground's surface.
The things that I think you should work on is keeping the foreground and the background seperate, because there are a lot of things going on in this picture and you don't have anywhere to settle your eyes. The dragon is so complex that we hardly notice Thor at all. Usually it's a good idea (though not always a realistic one) to create lighting contrast between the foreground and background. This one would have looked nice with a dark background, and would have brought out the characters more. This is especially needed when you're working in black and white like here.
Thor's eyeholes seem a bit too far forward and a bit to high on his face. I'd be expecting them to be at a hight about halfway up his head, but they seem almost two thirds of the way up, and without the helmet (which probably adds more height to his head) he'd have one messed-up looking cranium.

All in all, though, this looks very beautiful and is extremely well drawn. Congradulations!
